Free from 15th may great double room with single bed next to Casa de les Punxes and near Plaza de Cataluña and 20 minuts from beach.We are 7 minuts walking from passeig de Gracia and from La pedrera . near us we have 3 underground stations :, Verdaguer ( blue line number 5), Plaza tetuan ( pink line number 2), and Diagonal ( green line number 3) The wole flat has 5 rooms and we share the living, the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. We would like to share with quite people who has a ritme in life, someone who works or studies. Price doesn’t include services and clean woman. It is around 85 euros monthly. Deposit is 700 euros. Minim stay 4 months.
